Ken and his wife Linda founded Ken Revis and Associates more than 30 years ago in 1990 and have been in the recruiting business for over 40 years since 1978. During this time Ken and his team have completed more than 1,120 successful searches for his clients. Ken is a man of strong Christian faith and leads with integrity and compassion. Ken is a graduate of NC State University. In his spare time, Ken enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Herrin’s success in serving his clients is built on his extensive knowledge in industrial management across engineering, operations, quality, sales, marketing and finance.
Herrin brings more than 16 years of industrial and manufacturing management experience in aerospace, metal working, electronics, plastics, and chemical industries.  Herrin served as VP of Sales and Operations for Transdigm - the highest performing publicly traded industrial company over the last 20 years.  Herrin also worked in finance, manufacturing, engineering, and served as Director of marketing and strategy for Milliken & Company - a large private company and global leader in quality.
Herrin went to Clemson University and earned his MBA from Wake Forest University. Herrin is a Christian man, and enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.
